Once you're there, just click on the "Demo Services" button to get the login screen. (As you move about the website, there is no need to use the "back" button to change to another menu item. Just click on the item you want to see.) There will, of course, be User ID logins and passwords when you're using ezPayPlus "for real" but for demo purposes, no passwords are required. All you need to do is select a button:

  • Click on "Login as Employee" to see what a worksite employee would see when he/she logs in. Notice that employees can easily view and print their benefit plans, pay stubs, even W2s-all on the web.
  • Click on "Login as Employer" to see what your clients would see when they log in. Check out the impressive management reports, which can be viewed, sorted and printed in Excel format or downloaded as CSV files.   • Click on "Login for Time Entry" to see a simple, basic time entry screen without labor distribution or job costing. For demo purposes, this button gives you quick access to a short, basic time-entry screen. You'll find a more complete payroll entry screen back in the "Employer" login that can be sorted by department and set up for regular payroll, labor distribution or job costing. (You select each client's payroll method and time entry screen in the "PEO" login area, which is next.)
  • Click on the "Login as PEO" to see how you, as the PEO, control how each login/person's access and view is restricted or opened up. This is also where you review the payroll information submitted by your clients and send it to the core PayPlus product to be processed---just as if your inhouse employees had keyed it in themselves.
