First Quarter 2010 SUI Reporting Known Issues and Hot Fix

1. Due to a late breaking change for North Carolina SUI Reporting,
the Employment Security Commission of North Carolina has agreed to
accept the 2009 ICESA Format on a CD if postmarked by 2010-04-30.
We will release the new North Carolina 2010 MMREF Program before
the end of the second quarter.
2. We have issued a hot fix to address a known issue due to a
late breaking change in the Louisiana MMREF Format.

*** If you need to report Louisiana SUI please install the hotfix ***
*********************************************************************
a. Search for and delete ANY file(s) under your PayPlus
Home Folder having either of these two file names:
IDD84-UD
IDD85-UD
c. Download either
KI-LA-B00430.exe (Windows) or
KI-LA-B00430.Z (UNIX)
from: http://www.payplus.com
Login
Click on "Known Issues"
Click on "First Quarter 2010 SUI Reporting Known Issues and Hot Fix"
c. Place the downloaded file in the PayPlus HOME Folder
Windows Example: C:\PayPlus\TBNet850
UNIX Example ..: /opt/tbred
d. Log everyone out of PayPlus

e. Run (Windows) or uncompress and untar (UNIX) the
downloaded file
f. Log into PayPlus as Administrator (Windows) or
root (UNIX)
g. You will see a Dictionary Update Dialog.
