Important PayPlus Software Known Issue FL-SUI

It has recently come to our attention that the PayPlus
FL-SUI Mag Media XML FIle (AG4-MMR) will not be accepted
if the XML file is uploaded directly to the FL-DOR.
The FL-DOR Web Site only accepts the new Flat File upload.
We are developing a Flat File Option based on the new Specs
released by the FL-DOR last month.
In the meantime, you should file your Florida Unnemployment
Compensation Tax Data using the XML format thru BWSA.
You must have installed the PayPlus 7.7.7 update for the
updated 2010 XML Format.
Contact BSWA at 281-342-2646 or support@bswa.com.
You may receive a warning message, W40 upon submission but
in our experience, the file will be accepted and will be
sent to the FL-DOR.
The error message returned by BSWA appears to be an issue
with the BSWA Validation Routine and not with the XML file.
We suggest you may call the FL-DOR to verify the file was
correctly uploaded.
